You will only be required to pay disbursements up front. Disbursements are out-of-pocket expenses we incur from third parties on your behalf, for example, requesting property certificates from the local council and water authority and obtaining your Title and plans from Land Use Victoria.
Our no move no costs guarantee
If you sign a Contract of Sale relating to an existing property and don’t settle, we will not send you a bill for legal costs.
This excludes disbursements which are unavoidable when conducting due diligence, as they ensure that you are obtaining necessary and important information about the property before Settlement.
